3. User Obligations
Corporate users engaging with our portal agree to provide verifiable, accurate corporate credentials (including GSTIN and executive contact details). Unauthorized manipulation of our procurement booking system or scraping of commodity rate cards is strictly prohibited under Indian cyber security law.
4. Service Terms & SLA Adherence
All industrial supply contracts executed by Grand Enterprises are governed by mutually signed Purchase Orders (POs) specifying delivery timelines, inspection benchmarks, and acceptance criteria. Material dispatches undergo pre-shipment witness testing where agreed upon.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary workflows, vendor assessment matrices, digital portal software, logo trademarks, and written content displayed on `grandenterprises.online` are the exclusive intellectual property of Grand Enterprises, protected by applicable copyright and trade secret statutes.
6. Payment Terms
Unless expressly modified in a signed corporate credit agreement, standard commercial invoices are payable within the agreed Net 30 or Net 45 window. Delayed settlements may incur statutory interest charges as stipulated under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) rules or commercial contract law.
7. Limitations of Liability

Commodity rate indications and index pricing displayed on general portal pages are subject to real-time market fluctuations and do not constitute a fixed financial commitment until formalized in an executed Rate Contract.
9. Communication Consent
By registering on this portal or submitting an RFQ, clients authorize Grand Enterprises to dispatch operational alerts, invoicing SMS, and commercial advisory communications via phone or messaging channels, explicitly overriding DNC/NDNC registry restrictions.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any commercial dispute or contractual disagreement shall fall under the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Termination
Grand Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for any registered organization found violating commercial payment agreements or engaging in fraudulent procurement practices.
